Classes

Following from the success of the Scottish Dancing and Ceilidhs we have set up some classes in which we aim to teach many of the aspects of Scottish Country Dancing for the beginner to the more accomplished dancer. Although the main emphasis will be on Scottish Country dancing, Ceilidh dances may also be taught.

It is the most fun you can have in one night!

The classes will be held in the upstairs bar of New York New York, Bloom Street, Manchester from 7.30pm to approx 9.30pm on the following dates.

All classes cost £1.50 for non-members/guests and £1.00 for members.
Membership is £7 per annum (2009/2010 prices) and runs from Sept each year.

THE MONDAY CLASS
will start with basics and build confidence in social dancing.
Time: 7:30pm - 9:30pm

THE WEDNESDAY CLASS
will supplement the Monday class with certain steps, formations and dances being repeated.
These calsses will be used to refine certain aspects for Scottish Country Dancing and will be more advanced than the Monday class

Time: 7:30pm - 9:30pm
These dates are subject to sufficient numbers and may change.
